I have tried to lose weight on every imaginable diet, under various medical professionals, nutritionists, personal trainers, etc. I have physical & medical limitations that make losing weight extremely difficult. I have never had the success I am having with Joy and FOODFIT! I am so excited with her program, her expertise and her honest interest in her clients that I look forward to stepping on a scale!
